Overview
Lopebet provides a self-exclusion facility to help you manage your gambling activity on our platform. Activating self-exclusion blocks access to your Lopebet account for the selected period and stops marketing communications. It is an aid to responsible gambling and is not a substitute for personal resolve or willpower.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and be a user of Lopebet. Self-exclusion applies to all Lopebet products linked to your account and is intended to apply across this operator only unless you choose to extend to other platforms directly with those operators.
Activation paths
- Self-exclusion while logged in: In your account settings, select Self-Exclusion, choose an exclusion period, confirm. You will be logged out and cannot log in until the period ends.
- Request via Customer Care: Contact our Customer Care team and request self-exclusion for the desired period. We will apply the restriction to your Lopebet account.
What changes during self-exclusion
- Access to your Lopebet account is blocked. You cannot log in to any Lopebet product while the exclusion is active.
- Promotional materials and marketing communications are blocked for the duration of the self-exclusion.
- Creation of new accounts or logging in to existing accounts to circumvent the exclusion is prohibited.
Duration and modification
The exclusion period is defined at the time you initiate self-exclusion and cannot be shortened or edited during the period. If you need more time, you may request an extension after the initial period by contacting Customer Care, and we may extend for one or more further periods upon approval.
Financial considerations
- Before you initiate self-exclusion, request any outstanding cashouts you have pending. Once self-exclusion starts, you may not be able to access withdrawal features until the period ends.
- During self-exclusion deposits are blocked; bets that are in progress will be settled according to our standard terms.
Cooperation with other operators
We encourage you to consider self-exclusion with other gambling operators you may use. While Lopebet will enforce the restriction on your Lopebet account, we cannot control activity on platforms we do not operate.
Compliance and responsibility
